Vision & roadmap
A very high quality photograph is what you get today — Public-Source DD, Confidential-Source DD, Investor Readiness Suite, each one assessing a company at a single point in time. But investors and programmes don't manage portfolios as collections of photographs. They manage them as movies playing forward — change, trajectory, comparison, intervention. The vision is the reel.
The model
Three input columns — public, confidential, real-time. Five output rows — snapshot, longitudinal, behavioural, lateral, bespoke. Fifteen cells. The roadmap is which cells are live today, which are next, and which are on the horizon. Every new cell is new packaging of the same engine, not new methodology.
The snapshot row is the photograph. The longitudinal row is the movie. The lateral row is the cast. Real-time interaction is the camera that adapts what it captures based on what just happened.
The assessment grid
Two cells (behavioural × document-only inputs) are not product territory — you cannot read behaviour from a static document. Everything else is on the path.
